Not so fast, buddy...

The First Act of Blackfire is available to read for free through my Clarion West Write-a-thon Page. Also, I've completed the five Stretch Goal chapters, and they all post this week—for a Write-a-thon word count of 56,782 words.

But this isn't the end for me; I'll continue to rewrite the remainder of the novel to achieve my September deadline. Then it's off to find an agent. I mean, how had could it be? (said with tongue in cheek)

In these last two weeks, I'll finish the character sketches for the Second Stretch Goal and post them on the WAT page and social media. Plus, I'll start work on the full-color character illustration for the Third Stretch Goal. Yeesh!
